Founder
Three decades of operating between India and France.
Pradip Solanki built Altius on the back of a 35-year operating career in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries — first in India, then leading a French subsidiary of an Indian group, and eventually running it as President. The relevance to Altius is direct: every service the company sells, he has personally executed for someone else first.

- 02Expert Comptable (ICAI, India). ICWA India. MBA, BK School of Management. Bachelor of Laws (Sir LA Shah). Bachelor of Commerce (HK Commerce).
- 03Moved to France in 2003 to coordinate business between a French subsidiary and its Indian parent.
- 04Finance Director in 2005. President of the company in 2019.
- 05Built a French export business across French West Africa from scratch. Signed seven B2B partners in France for a generic pharma business now turning over 7M EUR.
- 06Closed more than 70 in-license deals. Expanded portfolio coverage to 68% in five years.
- 07Took a company declining at 15 to 18% per year and brought it back to 11% growth in 2024, against an industry average of 7%.

Why Altius Exists
A note from the founder.
I spent more than three decades running operations between India and France. I watched dozens of capable, well-funded international companies stall in Europe. Not for lack of product. Not for lack of demand. For lack of an operator on the ground.
They were spending months coordinating six providers. They were chasing French paperwork from Mumbai and Dubai. They were paying for advice when what they needed was someone to run the backend.
Altius is the company I wish those founders had. One partner. One contract. One invoice. The legal, the warehouse, the fulfillment, the accounting. Operated, not advised.
